I have been out of the loop a while and can't remember since this topic has gone back and forth so much since we bought in 94. Can we still go to SAB or not?

Only if you are staying at BCV, or Disney's BC and YC resort.

No, sorry you cannot. The only people allowed to use SAB are those guests actually staying at either the YC, the BC or the BCV.

DVC discontinued the pool hopping perk for members (not staying at the BCV) to/use SAB when the BCV opened.
