Can we still fax room requests to OKW?

And if so, what's the procedure? I also wondered what the best place to be in the Toy Story bldg is at ASM and the best spot at OKW? We want to be near the main bldg, and want an elevator (at OKW) and want a view of water if possible - or at least anything but a parking lot !!!

OKW is a Disney Vacation Club resort and they do not accept faxes. You can make your request with either Member Services if you are a DVC member or CRO if you booked the room with them.

I am not aware of any OKW buildings that the balcony or patio face the parking lots. As the lots are in the front of the buildings and the balconies and patios are on the back. Very few buildings have elevators and they try to assign those to guests with special needs.

I suggest you decide one priority and go with that. I am not sure you have a very good chance of getting all 3 of your wants.

Only 3 buildings at OKW have elevators - 62, 63, 64 & they are probably the most requested. The rest of the buildings are 2 or 3 stories and do not have elevators. If you cannot climb steps, request an elevator building or a first floor for medical reasons.
