One of my boys will want the mac and cheese... if we order that off the kids menu, can we pay out of pocket for his kids menu item and save his adult dining credit to use at another time (even though we use our dining credits for the rest of the party)?:confused3

Yes, at least at most places. Some might offer an adult-sized portion, which would cost you his adult credit.

I was wondering the same thing. We are going to be dining at LeCellier and my daughter doesn't eat meat so I know she will probably get poutine. Didn't want to waste 2 ts dining credits for a $10 poutine.:)

Yes, you can combine OOP and DDP credits when paying for a meal. Tell you server who is on the dining plan and who is not and they'll split the bill accordingly. You'll be presented with two checks at the end of the meal; one for the items covered by DDP and one that will be for the OOP items.

(Note: You cannot split DDP credits requirements. Meaning if a location costs 2 TS credits to dine, you have to pay with either 2 DDP credits or OOP. Folks sometimes ask if they can use 1 TS credit and pay the other "half" OOP, but this is not allowed.)
