All pools are owned by the resort and DVC members staying in any of the villas access to all of them!

It’s all one resort!

I was told that all pools at Poly are open to all guests however the Tower pool is restricted to guests staying in the Tower. Please correct me if I am not correct.

I don’t believe that’s the case. All the pools at Poly, including the one at the tower are shared amongst all guests. The one thing that is restricted to the tower specifically is the tower gardens.

Parents stayed in longhouses in january and they visited both the main pool and the tower pool in the same day.

Toured yesterday and asked DVC agent. He said all pools are available to all guests.

You don’t need keys or magic bands for the door to the tower gardens themselves do (at least not as of a few weeks ago). But you do need them to access the elevator to get to the different floors for the tower gardens, so I’m not sure you’d be able to go up there the evening after you’ve checked out. Good question though! I’d definitely ask a CM when you check in, I’d be curious to hear the answer.
