I had to laugh when you said something about pregnant womens faces getting big during pregnancy!
My aunt used to tease my mom and say "your face! It's so big!!!" Well, then my aunt got pregnant so my mom returned the favor to her!

He is feeling a little better, bless his heart! I couldn't imagine being as young as he is and having to suffer with a bad back for the rest of his life. But, he just does it! he is a trooper that is for sure!

I am sad too, but hopeful about going later this year on a girls trip with Hollie, my mom, sis and niece!

I know chronic pain can work on your nerves. My knee really started giving me issues about three years ago, and pain has been pretty much a constant part of my life ever since. It's just annoying not to be able to get up and go like normal people do. Even with the surgery, the doctor said it would never be a hundred percent, and he certainly was not lying. There is still pain every day - some days more than others. I'm thankful it's nothing worse, of course, but it is still annoying.

It really does! It hurts me to see him in pain everyday! I know that this could have been helped a looooong time ago (his mom said there was nothing she could do about his scoliosis!) but he just does what he has to do. I wish I could get a magic wand and wave it and let him have a normal back!

Okay, so a random update!

I had to go do my gestational diabetes test today! I had it all planned out! I was gonna go and drink the gunk, then leave and go shopping at Ulta (I love that place!) but....I got there and drank the stuff in under a minute! I told the lady at the counter, "See you in an hour!" and she said..............


You can't leave!

Me: hahaha okay...

lady: seriously, we don't let anyone leave

me: are you serious! why?

lady: some people have gotten dizzy or naseous so we make them stay here

I had to beg her to go to my car to get my cell and ipod! At least I could watch a movie for the next hour...which I did! I watched my LOTR the Two Towers and it helped!
Then I got my blood taken, went to ulta to pick up a few things. We had planned on going to the lake today but my mom called saying we might want to put that on hold. There are some bad storms headed that way. Tomorrow it says severe thunderstorms, high winds, hail and possible tornados! NO THANKS!!! We have a storm house there that we all use, but I didn't want to be there during a bad storm. I am very, very afraid of tornados! I freak if there is even a warning! So....we are staying at home and just relaxing!

Although today, I went in the nursery to do a few things and Chad noticed the bar in the front was cracked. That would be from Hollie climbing in and out of the crib for the past year hiding from us! So...that means we might have to get another crib! lol!
