Can we modify DAS pass in park or do i have to video call again?

When I applied I didn't have our trips linked with our family that is joining us. They said we can link trips and call back to get us all on the pass (only 3 plus das user at a time). Can the guest relations blue umbrella do this when we get to the park or do i need to start a new video call?

Yes, I've done it, a couple times.

Make sure you are linked before your trip on MDE (Friends & Family) then once you get to the Blue Umbrella or Guest Relations (there are two in MK, the other next to Sleepy Hollow) just tell them you'd like to add them to your DAS. They'll be able to see them in your F&F and link them to the DAS.

Isn't there a way to communicate with them after the initial call? I seem to remember a dedicated customer service group for people with disabilities I was able to talk to, for me it is stressful to deal with things on a park day.
