I'm thinking I want to eat here for supper one night, but am staying off property. We are going to do an afternoon/night at downtown disney and I really want a No way Jose so think Beach's & Cream it must be. What time would be a good time to go and can we take a disney bus to get there?

Thanks!

I would get there before 5PM, and you still may have to wait a while. As for the buses, Disney buses have a stop at Downtown Disney Marketplace (closest to the shops) and Pleasure Island. Plan plenty of time for travel, as DTD buses are ALWAYS sloooooowwww! :)

Yes you can take a bus to the Beach Club but it may take awhile there and back. I have never heard great things about DTD bus service. You can drive to the area also and then just leave from there.

As for when, unless you want to wait, you need to get there before Illuminations is over. I have heard of hour or more waits after the show as everyone else has a the same great idea leaving Epcot.

ETA: Ok I thought you wanted to eat there after dinner, So yes you need to go at off times. I asked the hostess there whats the longest wait time she has ever given out. I think it was 3 hours to get a table.

You can take a bus from DTD to BC but it'll take a LOOOOOONG time. I'd suggest driving over.

If you'll be at DTD anyway, you might want to just eat there. If you're craving ice cream, doesn't Ghiradelli (sp?) sell ice cream? There are LOTS of tasty places to eat at DTD that won't take up all that travel time.

If you want to use the Disney Transport Buses you would need to get on the bus for the Swan, Dolphin, Yacht Club, Beach Club, & Boadwalk since all five of the Epcot Resorts share the Downtown Disney Bus and the Beach Club is the 4th stop among those resorts.

Although I LOVE the No Way Jose, I wouldn't leave DTD and Ghiardelli to go to Beaches & Cream. Just get something @ Ghiardelli. The ice cream is better I think, and you won't have as long of a wait as B&C. And save yourself potentially 90 minutes of transportation time (each way in a worst case scenario)!

The bus is going to be very slow. I think the DTD buses still have all of the Epcot resorts sharing the bus - and BC is either the last stop or the second to last.
