Can we get a rollaway at CSR???

When we booked CSR, they told us we could get a rollaway. I think there was a fee of $25 a night. When I just called tonight to add on an extra day of park tickets, the agent said there aren't rollaways there even though I had been told previously there was. We have our almost 3 year old and he will sleep in bed with one of us but 3 in bed will be too much (husband, me, 8 yr, 8yr and almost 3 year old). Has anyone gotten a rollaway at CSR??? I hope we can, or I would have reserved POR.

We had a rollaway at CSR in 2009... No charge!

Yes; I believe they are first come, first serve, but there is no charge

No, that would not equate to first come, first served.

Supposedly they have always charged, yet we have had them at two different resorts a few years apart and were never charged... it may be one of those things listed as an add'l fee, but rarely collected? I just know i was not complaining
