I was just wondering how long it takes for the BBB experience (hair, makeup and nails only). If there would be time to do BBB at DTD and then make a late breakfast at Askerhaus? The earliest apt for BBB is 9:30am?

Thanks for advice:thumbsup2

To be on the safe side, I would plan on an Akurshus lunch. Unless 9:30 is when they start, it could be running late. Plus you have to get from DTD to Epcot; are you taking a bus or a car? You have to account for ample travel time. I would allow at least an hour and a half total, more if you're depending on busses.

Definitely plan for an hour and a half, like the PP said-and that's only if they are not running behind..although, the first appointment of the day should be fine. Then you have to figure travel time from DTD or MK back to Epcot..and even with the monorail you could be delayed. You may have to try for lunch instead :(

I know 9:30 AM isn't the earliest appt you can get at BBB. It's 8, so by that time they could already be behind. We did the cheapest BBB package (DD came already dressed in her Cinderella dress) and it took 30 minutes (and we waited about 15 after we checked in). Then to get to Akershus, you have to get out of MK, hop the monorail and then from the Epcot entrance, it's a good 10 minute walk (at a good pace) over to Arkershus. I know my DD is a pokey walker, so account for all of that too :)

You may very well be better off at lunch (but honestly, this breakfast was really yummy) :)

Thanks for everyone's input:goodvibes. I think that since Askerhaus would have to be a breakfast for us (No one seemed to like the menu for lunch/dinner) that we will save BBB for either an MK day or for one of our off days. My BIL is in a fastball tournie at WWS while we are there....do you think the ball players would show their appreciation if a mini "cinderella" showed up to cheer on her uncle?:rotfl:

Our second option was 1900 parkfare for dinner....doing BBB at DTD earlier in the day. However, I have read several bad reviews about the food. So we are a little leary. We plan to do only 1 character meal this year & We are not on the dining plan. Any advice on this character meal would be very appreciated.
