We (DH, DD, and I) are sailing on February 28/04 and are booking our shore excursions. Since DH and I are both certified divers, we wanted to do the 2-tank dive (4 hours) which departs at 7:45 am. We also wanted to do the Stingray City snorkel tour with our 7 yr old DD which departs at 1:00 pm.

Disney told us that it's not possible to book two excursions back-to-back. Is this correct??? We were figuring on 1-1/4 hours between being enough to pick up our DD from the Club and leave again. (we didn't care if we missed our own lunch)

Is there any way to do this? Perhaps booking on board? If we can only book one, which would be recommended? We've been diving in a lot of Caribbean Islands (including Cozumel), but this will be our first time in Grand Cayman.

Cruise newbie here - any advice greatfully appreciated!::MinnieMo

Keep in mind...if your excursion runs late..you may not make it to the second one in time. In Sept. the people who had booked the early sting ray excursion on our ship...were late getting started...because we were late getting off the ship. I wouldn't risk booking two.

Check out these guys, you can dive and bring you daughter to snorkel as well. They even dive & snorkel at stingray city..They do the dives at the original stingray city, 10 ft of water. Most of the stingray trips go to the sandbar, 4ft of water. We've done a dive there (the original) and it was incredible. You sit on the sand and the rays swim around you ,its almost as though they are birds flying all around
