Yes but be advised you will have to have the backpack searched at security.

You will have to put your backpack in a locker (which is free) when you go on certain rides.

I believe the signs say no outside food or drink but the people searching backpacks didn't care when we had a bunch of both.

The signs may say no outside food or drink but by the Universal website they say you can bring snacks and water in and we did last year and like other posters said they will check your backpack but we had no problem
