Hi, this is a little more complicated than the usual lost ticket. We went last September, but never used the admission media attatched to our room key. I can't seem to find our old room keys to bring, and have booked an impromptu trip for the end of this month. Thank you for any advice you may be able to provide. :confused3

(I realize with the park tickets we would have needed copies of the ticket backs, but don't know the procedure with the room key admissions, thanks again)

Since it WAS on the room key, this kind of ticket can be considered in the same category as the way AP's are treated.

By this I mean the "ticket" info is in the WDW computer system (as it was connected with a resort admission and info) and the fact that this ticket was bought but NEVER USED.

So, you would go to Guest Relations outside any WDW theme-park and explain about the loss, show them a valid ID (with the same name as was on the original room ressies) and they should be able to issue a replacement.

As always, with all this kind of info on a public forum...
MAKE SURE TO CALL WDW BEFORE YOU GO AND CHECK THIS OUT YOURSELF!!

Just wanted to add for future, make a copy of the front of the room keys. Like you would the back of a paper ticket. The Long number that is directly under your name on the resort ID card (usually starts with zeros) is the ticket entitlement number, that would make it easier on the CM's to locate the ticket...

Robo's suggestion is the best one, the resort can no longer see those entitlement numbers once you check out, guest relations at one of the parks would be your best bet, but call ahead, they obviously won't be able to replace the tickets over the phone, but they will let you know if they can find those tickets again for you once you arrive in person.

Thank you both so much! You have given me hope! My parents have thier room keys from our last trip, and we were on the same ressie, so I would have access to that number! Thank you again, I am going crazy looking through every scrap paper in my house! Of course I found my room keys from last January!

Then you should have no problem. If your parents have their cards and you were on the same reservation the numbers will be within a few of each other. If you let Guest Relations know exactlly what type of ticket it was and that you were all on the same reservations they should be able to find the missing tickets fairly easily. Those numbers are printed at the time the card was printed (even if you bought tickets later, they are just added to the empty number) so they should be in order (or very close). :) Good Luck!
