Can we as Canadians, get the same

Discounts as the US people do? I went to book with my CAA card and the lady on the phone (CRO) said that to use the CAA I had to book with a CAA travel agent.. I then phoned CAA and they said that they are not offering room only specials and if I want my discount I had to get a package.. I know that others have talked about a AAA discount.. wondering if we get the same thing??

What do you all think...
I am ready to book.. but I need to know if I can get a discount first...

That's strange, I had no problem booking a CAA discount when I first phoned down to Disney for my March Break POP Century room-only reservation.

Now, the CM did first check to make sure that the discount was available for that time period. She called it the "Triple A" discount and did ask me for the number and said that I would need to show my card at check-in. Fortunately, a better code discount came out and I just switched my reservation over to that.

I'd phone down to Disney again and ask them to check AAA/CAA discounts for the time period you are going, book, and then watch www.mousesavers.com for the next discounts.

I always ask for AAA , then tell them I am Canadian which is actually CAA. I have never had a problem and right now have 3 rooms at POP using that rate. Hoping for a better code to come out though, Try again.

I will call them back, I am wondering if it is because I am looking to book for February of next year 2005 would you think that is why?

Maybe the CM didn't know that CAA is the same program as AAA I usually call back if I get a strange answer.

I also ask for AAA (the back of my CAA card has the AAA logo on it too-also FIA and AIT logos).
