Can WDW park passes be combined?

Sorry if this information is posted somewhere else - I looked and looked and couldn't find it.

Here's the scoop: We already had 5 day park passes with Water Parks and Park Hopper options (we had to purchase them through a competition registration - Twirlmania - so they could add our entrance to Wide World of Sports) and then we purchased the buy4-get 3 free package with a 1 day base ticket (that's the minimum number of passes you can buy) Since we already have the options on our 5-day passes, can we just add the extra day to them? So that we would each have a 6-day pass with the 2 options?

Your help would assist me greatly in planning our stay, since we are true park hoppers!

You might want to ask this on the Disney side instead of the Sea World board...since this has nothing to do with Sea World and you will get more responses.
