Can this time frame work?

FEA FP from 1:30 - 2:30 (arrive closer to 2:30, we are arriving at Epcot around 1 at int'l gateway and want to stroll around and grab some lunch at a FW booth)
Meet Anna/Elsa
3 Caballeros
Get to TT by end of 3:00 - 4:00 FP window?

*** If getting to FEA closer to 2:30 is too late, what time do you suggest getting there? (we aren't familiar enough with Epcot).

Thanks!

You should be fine on time. However, it sounds like you are going to be running into Mexico just to do the Gran Fiesta Tour. If you don't allocate time just to hang out in Mexico, you will be missing out on what makes Mexico great. Perhaps ride Gran Fiesta in your stroll around time instead, before FEA?

I think that your plan should work. Mexico is next to Norway and there is rarely a line for 3 Caballeros. If the wait to meet Anna and Elsa is too long, you can ride FEA first and then meet them. You should definitely have enough time to make a TT fastpass from 3 - 4, especially since TT is on the same side of park as Norway. Just be aware of where you are in the World Showcase when you stop for lunch - if you are on the opposite side, it may not be a stroll back to Mexico and Norway to fit everything in. :)

The real risk point there is the M&G and how long that will take, it's the least predictable of what you have on your list. It should be doable, but any delay there and you could end up running late for TT. I would personally go with the earlier portion of the FEA FP window and build in some of the WS touring time after 3 Cabelleros. That way you'll know exactly how much time you have to look around before heading to TT.

The other option may be to stick with your plan to ride FEA closer to 2:30 and abandon 3 Caballeros if you are pushing it on the TT FP time and then double back to Mexico when you're done.

This is how I would do it.

Ok. I think not planning 3 caballeros is the way to go until we are actually there and understand our timing. We will have one other evening for just WS so if we can’t do it on our busy ride day we will still have time. And more time to explore Mexico. Will the coco exhibit be up in November?

I think it really depends on when you are going. If it isn't a terribly crowded day, you should be fine. FEA is a 5 minute ride and I've never waited longer than 5 - 10 minutes in the FP+ line, so if you get there at 2:30 pm, that takes you to 2:45 pm. Anna and Elsa's line generally doesn't exceed 20 minutes, so make that 30 minutes with the meet and greet. That puts you at 3:15 pm. Head to Mexico (3:20 pm), ride Three Caballeros and look around (the Mexico pavilion is awesome!). That puts you at 3:45 - 4:00 pm. You have a 15 minute grace period at the end of your FP+ window, so as long as you are tapping in to TT by 4:15 pm, you are fine. As PP said, if you're running late, skip Mexico and double back after TT or later that evening.

I would imagine so. The EP exhibits tend to stay in place for quite a long time.

Which way do you plan to go around World Showcase? If you plan to go the long way around France then I don’t think you will have time for a relaxing stroll. I think you would need to walk pretty quick to get all the way around. You will definitely need to pick and choose your top priority things to stop and experience.

Ok. Have to look at the map. Just figured we would enter and head right. We might choose a food both beforehand and head right to it.
