I think this is from Disneyland? What is the source of you pic you posted. It is from the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe in Disneyland for the holiday season.

I haven’t been in yet, I walk by it a hundred times, the new Communicore building in Epcot, from what I understand sells gingerbread, cookies etc. Maybe check in there. I hear they have an eight foot Spaceship Earth made out of gingerbread inside the building and some kind of a cookie walk?
Other years, the Grand and the Contemporary sells gingerbread, cookies etc. not sure what they have this year, haven’t had time to check it out.

The Epcot gingerbread cookie at Communicore Hall is a triangular slab with a little bit of icing for $10!

I wish they sold this Mickey gingerbread at WDW. I hated gingerbread but then I went on a holiday tour at Disneyland and it was part of our treat. So I figured I would try it and it was so good, it is soft and not sharply spiced. Unfortunately my husband liked his too so we just had to buy more. The next year I went to WDW and the gingerbread cookies were ok but not even close to Disneyland's Mickey.

I will say that the caramel gingerbread cookie at the Karmel Kuche in Epcot is very tasty. Just don't try to freeze them, the filling just didn't freeze well.
