Can this be done?

I was hoping to snag a deal for early June 2011. My kids (13 & 17 by the time we travel) don't get out of school until the 3rd, current offers cover FD for arrivals through the 2nd. DD can't miss these last days, as middle schoolers have exams no matter what. DS however, is always exempt from his final exams, never misses school, and likely would be free as a bird to miss those last 2 early release days.

My question is...if DS and I can arrive by the 2nd and check in, and DH and DD join us the next day, are we "Disney legal?" Or, would be all have to be there to check in?
