A pool party at WDW? I think that would be cool, especially for a kiddo!
If the parents have it all "arranged" with the hotel, I say go and have fun!
My daughter would LOVE a pool party at WDW, sadly we live where it snows....<sigh>

I am surprised, and frankly dissapointed if it does go on. How does Disney justify the "no pool hopping" policy for it's paying guests..and then allow that. It's like saying..well, you can buy your way in. They should have rooms at the Beach Club(enough to accomodate the number guests using the pool facilites) if this is the case. I wouldn't want to be staying there on my one and only vacation that year and have 20 pool party kids there...not for those rates. If they do offer that type of service it shouldn't be at Storm-Along-Bay where resorts guests are paying extra(by the rates for that resort) for the privilige. I hope that the information provided is incorrect...and perhaps there is more to the story. I also agree that they should go to one of the water parks for this type of activity. Not a resort pool.
