It took him a good 10 seconds to lift his head up, whereas it used to be as soon as you enter that area he'd be moving his head up. Now you stare at a still dinoasaur for 10 seconds until he lifts his head up. Then when you get a close up view, you see the back of its neck is so worn out from moving so many times each day that any moment the steel mechanisms and animatronic wires might start to protrude through its skin. Skeaking of its skin, its VERY faded. For an animatronic that is only 5 years old, this thing looks BAD. Some of the animals in Disney's ancient ride The Jungle Cruise look fresher and more realistic than that.
Also, just before the Ultrasaurus area, the huge gate that is supposed to stay shut and open automatically when the boat approaches is now always open. Not very dramatic there.
