Traveling with 2 other families. We're in side by side cabins (one of which is connecting). I thought that I read that the wall between the balconies can be removed. Is this true? Do the rooms have to be connecting? Thanks

I have never heard of being able to remove the wall between balconies.

Maybe if you smuggle a hacksaw on board & start sawing rightaway. By the end of the cruise the wall may be removable... *hehe

I have never read that it was removable either....

I've always been curious about this in regards to cat 7 navigator's verandahs ... would love to know if it's possible (for our repo cruise) :teeth:

No, they can't come down. There are some balconies that have a door that connects them, we had one of these at Christmas. But DCL keeps them locked, and we would have had to have Maintenance come and unlock them. These were handicap rooms. The other categories that I've been in have solid walls, with no doors, and can't come down.

Thanks alot. Does anyone know which balconies have the door in between them that can be unlocked?
