Can the tech support option help with BOG Lunch FP ?

Can the tech support option of the DVC phone line help with the BOG lunch FP? The BOG FP site will not let me make a FP for my entire group only my husband and I . I think this is because we have a split reservation, but I don't know how to make the site recognize the 2nd reservation, not the first!

I had a similar situation--I had 3 ressies for our last stay. I was the only person on the first reservation and so I was the only one on the BOG reservation. I tried to fix it before I left and tech support said they couldn't help (member services couldn't help, either). I also tried to get the problem resolved at two of special tech support centers which resolve fast pass issues at the parks (CMs at both locations told me to just show up with my party).

I had put in a food pre-order. On the morning of my Fast Pass, I logged back in to make an adjustment to the food order and was dismayed to find that my FP had disappeared. I was able to get another FP (this time all 3 of us showed up), but I couldn't get the original time. I pre-ordered the food again and snapped a screen shot of it. The food order was not there when we checked in (lucky I took a screen shot).
My recommendation is take a screen shot of your reservation and your food order (if you make one). Also, check the BOG web site on the morning of your FP reservation just to make sure it didn't disappear. Unfortunately, I still don't know how to actually get this fixed in advance.
 
So, do you think I should even try with tech support or just make the FP for 2 and show up with 5?I would hate to have my 3 1/2 yr old grandson turned away.

Yes-- I would still try to get it fixed, but don't get discouraged.
 

I was just told to show up too. My Fp only offered it for 5 of us out of the 6 which is strange. I chose not to preorder because we would still have to order for that other person.
 
Are they still giving the paper ticket with a return time for people non having a FP+? If so, you can go at the restaurant entrance around 10:30 to get a return ticket, like an old legacy FP.
