Can the refillable mugs be used at any resort?

We're stay at BWV and I'm considering buying a refillable mug. If we visit other resorts and we take our mug with us, will we be able to use it?

I know we can't use it in the parks, so just wondering about the resorts. Thanks

Yes. We took a no-park day and toured several resorts. Took our mugs for drinks at each resort!
