Can the bread/macadamia butter be requested at lunch?

I keep reading heavenly reviews of the bread and butter, but as I've always dined at Kona Cafe at lunch (including my upcoming trip), can this be requested?

Absolutely! They should definitely have some available, and I doubt they would charge you for it.

I thought it was made fresh during dinner, often got it warm.

So IF they have it made they may bring it out.

I ended up making a dinner ressie just to be on the safe side.

I think that bread is worth going for dinner instead of lunch!

I dined at Kona for lunch last year and asked for the bread at lunch. My server told me they only serve it at dinner. We were disappointed because it is such great bread.
