Can someone tell me which DISigner created this cruise journal?

I saw this on an allears blog post and LOVE this idea...

I've been searching though the DISigns and I'm on hour two and can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I'm not a DISigner, so keep that in mind while you read this reply... It is
possible that this journal was created by the person who either displayed this or gave it if it was a gift. It could also have come from somewhere else besides the DIS. Your best bet if no one on here claims it is to contact the person who wrote the blog post and ask them if they will share their source. Good luck finding it, it is really cute!
