There is a cart that sells them in Frontierland. I have also seen them in MGM, at the food court close to Twilight Zone. I have never had one either. I always wanted, but I was afraid of making a mess of myself while trying to eat them -- they look kinda primitive...
No Liv, these things are great! You can also get them in Epcot, the American area, in Disney Studios, on the road to ToT. They are a great smoked flavor.
{I watched a family of 4 share one. Everybody would take a bite and pass it on. Ugh! Not sure I want to do that }
If any of you are joining the group at Whispering Canyon on the 27th, they have turkey legs on the skillet dinner! I already know I'm getting the skillet, and I won't eat the leg, so you can have it, if you want!
Okay. I have to chime in here. My Dh, Alan (Turkey Leg Connoisseur here on The Dis) loves the legs. They taste like smoked ham to me. I eat a little bit, but he tears the pieces off for me. I don't mind greasy hands, but your hands get fairly gross. Just call me Princess Dayna.
<--I know that's a king, but that's the best I can do. I usually carry the individual Wet Ones. I try to remember for y'all's first turkey leg experience.
Hey Barb, save your leg for me please. I will be getting in too late to make it to the WC dinner meet, but I'll be STARVING by the time I catch up with you guys at WL at 7:00pm.
DumboorBust I remember the Turkey Leg Connoisseur, I always thought his name was so cool And he is your DH!!!!! I probably will forget the wet ones so I may be looking for you!
