This appears just to be advertising the types of ways you can book, ie. room only, room and ticket package and room, ticket and dining package. The prices are or appear to be just rack rate.
At least that's the case for dates I put in.

ETA: It appears Free Dining is the only special offer for the Fall, besides the military discount.
