Can someone tell me how to get my disney dollars from my disney visa

I read that I can do this in disney springs. How do I go about this? can I just show them my visa and they give me the rewards card?

I've done this in the past, but I believe how this is done has changed. Call the credit card company. Someone will help you.

If you are in WDW you can go to any Guest Services and they can give you a redemption card. You then have to go online or call Chase to have the points transferred to the card. If you are home you can just go online and they will send you a card.

Then keep the card even if you’ve used it all up. Next time, you can just make the transfer to that card from your account on line. Takes like 2 minutes. I keep the empty card in my vacation wallet!

I hope this is still true as it's been some years but I've definitely gotten them at Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom in the past! Now I just save the card and reload it.

Exactly how it happened to me a couple years ago. Disney CM will not do anything for you other than hand you an empty card. You do all the rest.

I found a seat and called because I wanted money moved off card I ordered that got lost in the mail. Took about 15 minutes. I will always order in advance if I have time.

The CMs don’t have access to your account nor should they. They are not Chase employees. So they have no way of determining how much you have in reward dollars.

THIS! I don't carry a card or transfer points anymore. Simply pay myself back on the website for Disney or airline purchases. I even use my points to pay my Disney+ bill. It's SO much easier.

You're probably at WDW, but just so you know, you go to Disneyrewards.com to transfer the "money" to your rewards card. And if I remember right, you can also order a new card from there. I had to do that once. I accidentally threw away a card I had with over $100 on it in a trash can outside LeHalles after I ate. When I realized later what I'd done, I panicked. Then I figured out that all I had to do was order a new card, transfer the $100+ from my old card to my new card, and problem solved (thank goodness!)

I would order your card now with all the rewards you have, then shortly before you go have any new rewards transferred on to the card. This way you have it and won't have to deal with contacting Chase and doing the whole process when you are there.

You have plenty of time for Chase to send you the card. Go on line to the rewards page, order the card. There is no upside to waiting. Put the minimum $10 on it to get it open & sent. When the last billing cycle prior to your trip closes, transfer the rest of your reward dollars to the card you already have in hand. Done!

Charge your Disney stuff on your Disney credit card. Do not move money into any rewards cards. Go into your Chase account after it posts and redeem using pay yourself back for statement credits for anything Disney stuff (or even Hulu or ESPN). So easy now!

Yup! There is absolutely no reason to use rewards cards anymore.
