Can someone tell me about the wine package?

What do you get(do you get to choose your wine, how frequently/is there a limit on the quanity, etc...)?
How much $?
When do you purchase it?
Is it good in your cabin, at the bars, CC, or just meals?
What other options are there, and how much do they cost?
Anything else you know that I forgot/was just too ignorant to ask about?

I think one was about $150, and other about $200. It's just wine in the dining room, however you are welcome to take the bottle with you.
We opted to just buy bottles we wanted, we ended up spending $120 total, which bought us 3 bottles of wine and 1 of champagne, took my wife and I two days to finish a bottle, and had the champagne on New Year's Eve and took the bottle with us for the party, even though they handed out free glasses of champagne at the party.
Prices are high, but in line with most restaurants. Only price I found out of line was for Martinelli's Sparkling Cider for my kids for New Year's Eve, $18 a bottle. Around here it sells for about $2.50, but around holidays most stores have it on sale for under $2, so there was a huge mark up there.
