Can someone tell me about Concierge at the POP

I've been reading allot of posts where ppl are saying thes are using Concierge, can someone explain this to me, what it is, how much it cost and if the POP has it and any other info. you may have. Thanks a bunch

Concierge or club level service where they have planners ( IPO) help you and a lounge with food and drinks is only at the deluxe level resorts so its not available at Pop.

Concierge service at the POP is actually just guest services. You go to the desk to get park tickets, make dining reservations, print off your boarding pass for your trip back etc.
Each resort has this type of concierge service. The deluxe resorts have a concierge level where the rooms cost more, but there is an area where they have a continental breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, and snacks and appetizers, light meals at night,

Thanks for the feedback. Wow...that sounds great, hopefully, the next time around we can try that!! Unless a code comes available between now and Oct. and we can upgrade to a different hotel (not holding my breath on that one ).
