Some quick facts: We go to Disneyland once a year for six nights hotel/five days in the park. We have three kids, and always take my mom as well (her and dh take turns going out at night with ME. It's good to be the Mom.).
Our next trip is in June.
We usually budget about six grand for our trip.
When my kids get older, I'm looking forward to being able to at least *think* about flying with them without cringing (they are currnetly 6, 3, and 2).
Our income should double in about three years, when I finish school, so while I don't think we could even afford the DVC now (I have NO clue what it costs or anything else about it), I'm hoping we can afford a couple nice trips a year after I graduate (a cruise and a land trip, or whatever).
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Ps, my dh was active duty Navy until four years ago (he's in the reserves now). He thinks the idea of going on a cruise is insane. He's never been on one save for his "vacations" with the Navy. If any of you are past Navy, any pointers on convincing dh that this would be a totally different "cruise"??
