Can someone please tell me about the movie at BW?

I asked in the BW thread but my post got lost and was never replied to.

We stayed at the Poly last time, and we really loved sitting on the beach watching the movie and then seeing the fireworks. This time we are staying at the BW and I am wondering if it is worth it to plan a night at the resort to see the movie and the BW entertainers etc? Any feedback? Any pics? We were thinking of doing this on Halloween night as we are not planning on going to the MNSSHP. Will they offer any Halloween activities at the resort?

We love spending time on the boardwalk. The entertainers and activity at night are one of our favorite activities at the world. Movies our shown outside on the beach at the Beach Club. We always find something different to do and make it a point to spend an evening at the BW, even when we saty elsewhere.

We love BWI! We usually have dinner at Flying Fish and/or Kouzinna while staying at BWI and spend a little time out on the Boardwalk before or after dinner on the nights the entertainers are out. Not sure about Halloween activities - sorry!

As for movies, during our stays we've had the choice between walking over to BC for the movies on the beach or watching movies at BWI. Honestly, we usually don't see more than 15 minutes of a movie, but it's nice to have the option available.

Here's the BWI and BC movie schedules for August from the build a better mouse trip website - just an example of the movie selection and not for October. But if you check the site at the beginning of October, you can get the schedule for your stay!

Gee I thought I did answer your question over on the BW Thread but my post didn't work! Technology. Sigh.
Looks like other folks gave you the scoop on the movies. Movies are over at Community Hall by the quiet pool at BW but the setup on the BC beach is a little more fun. It isn't in the SAB area so anyone can stop by the beach and watch.
We love strolling the Boardwalk and watching the entertainers. It is such a nice way to end the day. On the BW thread at the beginning you can see some pictures of the entertainers.
Last year they did offer Halloween activities at the resort - there was trick or treating in the lobby, Halloween crafts at Community hall.
