Can someone please help me with the Disneyworld site? Is it working properly?

HI. I just booked my trip. I booked air separately end EVERY time I click on "My Itinerary" travel date to add the air times for magical express, the site just loads and loads and loads....etc. Also, when I try to put money on my bill it comes up error, but yet later shows the money WAS put on my account. Is there something wrong with the site? Is this normal? I can not get into my itinerary and would really like to add the flight info. I have tried this at all diff. times of day with no luck. ANy insight? Thank you

No help here!! It happened to me all the time too, so your not alone. I paid my trip off in July and it was happening then.

The site tends to have frequent malfunctions, especially at peak periods.

I would call Disney direct and they can add your flight times.
