Can someone make a gift card holder?

I am looking for something to hold a gift card. I would like it to be a little bigger than the card itself, fold in half and have little slits in the corners where I can place the card so it doesn't fall out. It doesn't have to be a Disney theme, just Christmas would be fine. We are not doing stocking stuffers this year. Instead I'm putting a gift card in the kids stocking to go shopping. We're leaving the day after Christmas for Gatlinburg. (The kids know. This isn't a surprise trip). The names are Tracey, Kendall and Cody. Thank you to anyone who can help.
