Can someone help us with a pronunication?

Tell me about it! DH thought his name was French for a long time and while in Canada was asked about it. When he said that it was French they replied "Oh, you're one of those". We now know that it's French-Canadian (eh) and so we are only one of "those" in France!

That's so weird. When I was in Paris, everytime I mentioned that I was from Canada, they always said... "ohhhh Canada! Quebec! Everyone speaks french!", and they seemed totally enchanted.
