Can someone help me with some Activity Book and Journal covers?

I found some I was able to edit for 3 of my children, but am looking for some for the other 3 children.

Titles for each:
Disney World Journal by....
Disney World Activity Book

I'm looking for:
a cars theme for my 6 year old, Jonathan
princesses for my 3 year old, Isabel
Star Wars for my 15 year old, Josh (something not too juvenille)

If you have anything, I would really appreciate it. I've tried to edit some of the DISigns out there to change the name, but I can't figure out how to keep the patterned backgrounds........
