Can someone help me with reporting an issue?

I wanted to report the room issue I described below because I also can't move some of the things in my room at all. Anyway, I went to the contact page, and it says my email and birthday don't match up. Have no idea why. So, it gives me a link to a password reset, but when I click it or type it in, all I get is directed back to the main page.

Anyone know how I can either verify my user information or find another way to report this issue?

I do not know how to help you there but sometimes when I can not move my furniture I just leave the room and come back and then you can.

But you must go to a different room and then back to your room to do this.

I sent the following to their bug report page. Be aware that I've a dozen or two reports and have never, ever gotten a response. I know someone else at VMK who has a similar issue, and is very sad that she was not able to submit a CL applications

Thanks JeanJoe! Now, I'm extra glad that you were selected as CL! At least that's a start, even if nothing comes of it.

Mal, I tried that as I read your post earlier, and it didn't work. I'm sure it'll get itself worked out at some point.
