Can someone help me with formatting the pics for my shirts?

I have some awesome disigns thanks to Kelly. BUT, I can not seem to figure out how to get the pictures ready to be printed. I've saved them from her photobucket site onto my computer, but when I try to put them onto a page for printing, they become very grainy. I've tried copying them to a word file for prininting, but the picture is tiny. When I enlarge it, you can't read it. I've tried putting it into my picture program, but the same thing happens.

Could some kind soul walk me through how I take a beautiful picture and turn it into the right size for printing onto the transfer paper????

Are you saving them at "FULL SIZE" from my photobucket?
It is extremely important to do that. Click on each image seperately and it will open up into it's own window, on the on the upper left hand side you will see the words "FULL SIZE" click on that and then it will open up the image to it's largest size. Then right click and save from there! After you do that you should be able to open it into Microsoft Word and adjust the size to what you want and print.
