can someone help me with artscow

I just discovered this forum and I would like to make a passport and maybe an autograph book. I tried using artscow but I don't know how to make the pics I am using fit the way they should. I am using picks from Pat? and Natalie? I think.
Could someone tell me what I am supposed to do
