Can someone help me make a name like this?

I couldn't figure how to add a photo so I made it my avatar - lol
It has a dotted line outline just inside the solid one.
I just need something similar.
One That says Daddy - that matches the grandpa one
one that says Momma -Matches but in a rose like color
One that says Grandma - I have one that says Granny but she is deffinatly a GRANDMA
Or if someone can tell me how to do it. I have photoshop, print shop deluxe 21 and paint.net
any help would be great!! please please please!

It looks kind of like the Varsity or Freshman fonts with maybe some embellishment. Hope that helps.

Thanks - It's like the varsity caps but the dotted lines are missing and the n (maybe others) is different

Anyone know how to do the dotted line?
