Tammi!I don't know what to say. DH and I have been together FOREVER! In our first three years of marriage things were AWFUL. I will admit it was almost 100% my fault. I was a young mother and John worked nights and slept days. I was so selfish too, never did I think here is a man who is working his a** off to support me and this baby.....all I thought of was ooo my mom has J.C. so I can go out with my UNMARRIED friends and have fun and flirt etc. Boy was I immature!!
I think what finally started to change everything for us and here is where I relate to you....DH got a daytime job where we could start spending time together. During this time I also did a lot of growing up and realizing that I had the best husband in the world who would do ANYTHING for me. I did an awful lot of growing up.
Needless to say, now, over 10 years later neither of us have ever been happier. We spend almost all of our free time together....well I don't go hunting with him...LOL! But he tells me he loves me a zillion times a day, he holds my hand everywhere we go, kisses me in Wal-Mart (I know a little TMI maybe) but its WONDERFUL!!!! I am so in love with this man who 10 years ago I didn't want touching me!! I'm head over heels!!
I guess my point is don't give up.....if he loves you don't give up. I don't know your exact circumstances or the exact problems but I know I've been to the point where I wish he wouldn't come home.....and now I don't think I could go another hour without him.
