Can someone explain the trial Entertainment Book offer?

I'd like to sign up for the trial membership for the 2005 Entertainment book as I'd like to print down the National Car Rental coupon. I'm just nervous about signing up and having it be charged to my credit card. How do I cancel the trial membership? It says I can print the 3 coupons for the trial membership. Can I print a National Car rental and photo it to use more than once? Would I need to show proof of membership for Entertainment book when I use the coupon? Sorry for the silly questions, but I've never signed up for anything like this before.
