Can someone explain the MIB ride?

I am planning a trip USF and wonder what the ride is like? (coaster,dark ride,theater?)

First of all, let me welcome you to the boards! Hope you have a great time here! You'll meet many friendly people eager to help out or just listen!

Second, the MiB ride which is located in USF is a dark ride type of ride (IMHO). Six people (2 rows of 3) sit in vehicles that spin around. Vehicles are sent out in pairs and teams compete against one another to get the highest score. Each individual has a laser gun. Individuals then proceed to MiB training. After a quick stint shooting targets and such, you are thrown into a full scenario filled with aliens.

You are also instructed to aim for the opposing teams 'fusion generator?' (correct me guys if I'm wrong in this one, my memory fails me). Anyway, you try to shoot as many aliens as possible and gather big points. In the end, you fight a giant alien.

The final sequence determines whether or not you get your 'suit'. Will Smith will either congratulate you or admonish you for a poor performance.

It's a great ride and ride photos are available, although you get a shot of people in the entire vehicle (annoying if you don't know the other people in the other row). Anyway, if you want to avoid long lines, use the single-rider line.

Kevin gave you a great description and I would like to add to it! <IMG WIDTH="15" HEIGHT="15" SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif" alt="razz"> It's like riding in an arcade video game. You can compare it to Buzz Lightyear at Disney. In my opinion its better. It is also addictive...it made me ride over and over to try and beat my last score.

The thing on the other car that you shoot at is the fusion exhaust port.

This is the best ride in Orlando in my opinion. We rode 8 time when we went in Sept. It is so ooooo fun. This ride is what will bring me back next year.
