Can someone explain how the valet parking works?

We leave Thursday (tomorrow!) for the Beach Club and are renting a car at the airport. Is the valet fee per day or each time you get your car? Let's say we valet when we get there and then don't use the car for 3 days - how are we charged? Also, how far is the park yourself parking at BC?

Yes. You are charged for every day your car is parked. You can park yourself easily, but it's a bit of a hike. I would recommend that you drop off your bags and passengers before you park your car if you choose to self-park.

The self park lot is just over the bridge........no further than the bus stop. We were there at Easter this year and even though we get free Valet through DVC, we switched our car to self park after a few days. We were doing a lot of ins/outs mainly to visit family at a different resort. I agree with the other poster though......unload your bags first and then you can self park if you'd like.
