Can someone explain Epcot EMH evenings for me?

I really should know this, but I've never gone to Epcot during an extra magic hours evening. Trying to decide if we should.

Now, Future World is open until 7:00PM, and it's highlighted as an EMH evening. World Showcase is open until 9:00, but isn't highlighted.

So, my question is, is Epcot open until 10:00PM on EMH evenings or 12:00AM?

All of WS and most of FW are open till midnight.

The "big-ticket" attractions in FW, such as Soarin', Test Track, and Mission: Space will be open till midnight.
