Can someone else check in for me?

Good morning!

We have two rooms booked - Room #1 has me and two young kids with the dining plan. Room #2 has all of the other adults but does not have a dining plan.

We will arrive the same day, but my kids will arrive at the resort hours before I do, accompanied by the adults from Room #2. Will they be able to activate and use our dining plan before I get there? In other words, can my mother check in for me/for the kids so they can start using the dining plan? Thank you!

I don't think they can check-in for you, but if you do as DisBuckMan suggests and do online check-in, they should be able to use the dining plan.

If, for some reason, they cannot, just tell them to charge the meals to the room and you can fix it with the front desk later.
