Can Someone do this for me?

I work with United Way and the new theme this year is "Live United" I would love to have a design that shows Tinkerbell in a Live United Tshirt. It would be something that I could wear to work on Fridays (our casual day). Everyone knows I love Tinkerbell (license plate is Tinklvr).

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could do this for me. Something with her standing and the tee over her dress with it showing below the tee. Not too much attitude or too happy, just kind of confident.

I love the first design. Could you use this logo instead?

This is the new logo they came out with a couple years ago and this is one that is localized for my United Way. You could also make the logo just a little smaller. But I love them. They are so cute. Thank you so much!!
