Can someone answer my Contemporary Concierge Questions ?

Does the contemporary concierge have an email address like the Poly concierge does? Also, do they send out a concierge request form like the Poly does?

We were originally going to stay at the Poly (non-concierge lagoon view) but decided to try a different hotel and switched to the contemporary concierge (for a wee $18 more) this morning in hopes that we'd get a castle view for our anniversary (crossing our fingers).
