Can someone answer my AP question?

I just purchased my AP pass!
I would like to book 2 rooms with the best rate program asap. My voucher will not be here for a few days...............can I call to get my voucher number so that I can get on-line to book tomorrow?

hello, this is sid from the DRC. without having the voucher number, you won't be able to book the passhold "Best Rate Program" discounted room. even if you call, we're not going to be able to pull up that number, and neither would Ticket Services. unfortunately, the best thing to do is sit and wait until the tickets do arrive.

Do you happen to know if I can check to see how many days I have left on some old tickets.........over the phone or on-line?

unfortunately, without the Ticket Services dept. seeing the physical ticket, they can't judge exactly how long, or what type, your ticket is. that would be something i'd suggest bringing with you when you come down.
