Can resort staff fix minor MDE app problems (instead of waiting 150 minutes on phone)

Have duplicate MDE accounts for one person in our party, and it looks like there’s some weird quirks when I try to book a genie + ride (granted I don’t have eligible park tickets until Monday—but everyone else in my party shows up). Seems like this could cause issues if it’s not resolved.

do I have to wait on hold for 2.5+ hours to resolve this by phone with tech support—or can hotel staff work this out?

Make sure you link the resort reservation and tickets on the same MDE account. To be safe load both on the same device. Same with any magic.
Guest services in the park can solve it. I doubt resort people can do it.
 
Concierge staff at Beach Club fixed a similar issue for a member of our party this week. Took about 20 minutes because they had to call for help
 
Wilderness lodge staff fixed simil issues for us last summer. She saw this issue straight away, sent us on our way, the issue was fixed before arriving at magic kingdom.
 

The resort CMs should be able to fix it but if not the GR in the parks definitely can. I’ve had them fix mine before when it created a “ghost” account.
