Can Points be passed on to children?

I am 46 years old and wonder if I join DVC and pass away can my membership
be left to my children?

Sure you can. However, single contracts cannot be divided up to make them more equitable for your descendents.

Yep, you can pass them on (along with the annual dues costs) and the contract will last until it expires. Many people buy equal sized contracts to leave to their heirs.
